Good quality, affordable homes having abundant acreage are hard to find in the greater Asheville area.  Well, this one may fit the bill.  It is situated approximately 40 to 45 minutes from downtown Asheville, therefore its far enough removed to be out of all the craziness that is Asheville these days, yet close enough to visit if you need or want a taste of upscale dining or big box retail.  In fact, you can get both of these much more conveniently in the town of Weaverville which is just about 35 minutes away which offers its own Walmart, Lowe’s, Publix but also a quaint downtown district with upscale restaurants and galleries.  Of course, even closer than that is the two traffic light town of Marshall on the banks of the French Broad River.
